"Michaels staff did a outstanding job reframing one of our favorite painting which was the work of a popular local artist. They even made sure we had it in time for Christmas. Michael’s have a nice selection of frames and do high quality work."

"I will NEVER shop this location again. How about I ordered same day delivery the day before. I call as it’s getting close to 6pm next day because my items are not even showing as picked. I call and call and repeatedly get hung up on after being put on hold. I get told yeah they are busy…ok. I THEN get a text from an Instacart driver saying they were told by the store my items were already picked up. I have no notifications anywhere. I finally call and speak to a lady who is beyond rude. I wish I caught her name. The photo she provided the Instacart driver says my items were “picked” not “picked up” but she wouldn’t listen to me. Why wouldn’t you even be willing to check the items for pick up? Well I called customer service directly and they told me they spoke with Instacart (complete lie) and my items are on the way. Nearly 2 hours later nothing. I called Instacart directly they inform me no driver on record had my items and it’s showing items still at store. Called customer service back asked for a refund but overall just a god awful experience. I don’t appreciate being made to feel guilty or like I am inconveniencing someone by asking where my order is located. You offer a service for a 7.99 fee for it to be delivered and you have the nerve to tell me you’re busy and basically it is what it is. Like I get it’s the holidays. Don’t offer this service if you can’t handle it or are going to be rude to an upset customer who doesn’t have their order. It was never delivered by the way."

"Kind of a limited selection here, a little outdated, but overall you can typically get what you need for most projects. They seem to have staffing issues because I often find it difficult to find a team member on the floor- they are typically only spotted back behind the framing counter or at the checkout. Returns also feel challenging at this location as there always seems to be something weird that happens like if you purchase with a debit card they can't refund back to your card but can give a cash refund. It's just odd that such a large corporation can't refund back to the original tender"

"Whatever you do please do not use the same day delivery at this location! They refuse to communicate or even show up! I finally got through to customer service who also is acting like they have until midnight to drop it off, um excuse me I place this order at 11am? I asked what if they don’t show up?” Oh just call tomorrow and we will do it all over again and if that doesn’t work we will give you a refund. “Just don’t, they don’t truly offer same day delivery no matter what they try to peddle. It’s a bait and switch that wastes your time trying to pretend they are a company do what other companies actually do, looking at you Joanne’s!"
