"I took my car in for brakes and the $80 oil change. They replaced my brake pads and rotors. So far so good. The problem I have is that with the $80 oil change, they are supposed to top off all your fluids. Check the air filter and fuel filter, etc. As I was leaving, I specifically asked Aaron about this and asked if any fluids were low and how the filters were. He said it was all fine. I went home and added 1/2 gallon of windshield fluid. They didn’t do that. My brake fluid is low, something you would think they would look at while doing a brake job, and my air filter hadn’t been touched…. And clearly needed replacing. When you flat out lied to me about the service I received, you lost a customer. Clearly, you can’t be trusted. And nobody wants a dishonest mechanic. Very disappointed. I had high hopes since you ate so close by and in the “Heights”."
