"Overall Kia of Claremont was a good experience. The showroom was extremely clean and beautiful. The staff was nice and professional. Overall I’m happy and love my telluride! However, although the buying process was quick, we waited for hours after paperwork was signed for the car to be detailed. The detail job was fair, lots of marks on the doors, windows and nooks and crannies even after being in detail for HOURS. Which was rather annoying. This is my first Kia purchase and later found out there is an app that can control the car + has good info. I was not told anything about this or how to use or connect my car to it. (Still working on that found this info on tik tok). I bought the telluride with the TVs and was not given introductions or knowledge on how to hook up or connect to WiFi so my kids can use them. So again working on this to."

"Brandon at Kia of Clermont was exceptional! This was the 5th dealership we went to between Virginia and Florida and none of them could get to the number we wanted to be at EXCEPT Brandon. He was amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better salesman! My son and daughter flew in from Virginia to buy the car and Brandon made the purchase exceptionally smooth! "Overall amazing car buying experience! We've acquired 3 cars in our family in the last 6 months and this by far was a superior experience to the dozens of other dealers i dealt with of multiple brands. The folks at Kia of Clermont take a professional, straightforward, and transparent approach to selling cars and it is so refreshing. Every interaction we had with the team there was fantastic, from arranging everything remotely to shipping and follow-up and service after the sale. General Manager Cooper Hopkins is a true professional and made sure our lease of an EV9 was handled professionally. In sales, Jeffrey Harr handled everything for us and we never felt pressured. Isaac in finance and Aven in after sale all made the experience frictionless and easy. "There is two parts to this, and the second part is why it’s a one star! First part I had an amazing experience. Part 1 I was talking to a sales associate, named Chris over a couple days. I told him what exactly I wanted and he got it for me. I went in on a Saturday night. Got all the paperwork started. They didn’t have the color I wanted til that Monday, but had me make sure I wanted the carnival by letting me test drive a 2023 red carnival. I loved it and we started the paperwork on the blue one, they helped with me with getting a payment that I was comfortable with. Chris and his brother Josh also helped with making sure I was comfortable with the car payment and everything with the paperwork. It was such a pleasure working with them. Since I bought the car Chris has called and checked up on how I was enjoying my car, and if I had any troubles he has helped with them. Josh helped me set up the Kia app with a breeze and showed me all the functions for it. 10/10 recommend these two if you want to buy a car. Also asked Chris & Josh if they could put a bow on my car, and they did just that. Part 2 Just waiting now for them to pay off my trade in. If it wasn’t for part 2 this would be 5 stars. Bought my car 12/11/23. It’s 01/01/24. My old car still isn’t paid off! I call and I get the run around about them waiting on the funds. But yet my new car payment is due mid January, I’m going to have to make my trade ins car payment. Putting their customers in a situation where they shouldn’t be. I’m very angry and have never had a dealership take this long to pay off a trade in. Edit: it took them 24 days to pay off my trade in. I was suppose to get an even wash with my trade in, no negative what so ever, but because they took so long paying the vehicle off, I had to come out of my pocket to cover the difference, left on the loan. Not to mention, I called 2 times myself, asking when my trade in would be paid off, and the men I talked to were extremely rude, almost like the mentality of you’re a female and you don’t know what you’re talking about, I spoke to an Izzy and Chad I believe, in which Izzy was rude and Chad was very very brief and then hung up after he was done what he was saying. And when I mentioned the “mentality of you’re a female and you don’t know what you’re talking about”, my husband called talked to one of the same men, and was treated with respect."

"I had the best experience here at Clermont KIA. My salesperson Ian was AMAZING. He greeted us right away, showed me the car I was looking for. No pressure from him or anyone else. The buying process was smooth, and rather quick. I will definitely do business there again."
