"BEWARE, THIS IS RUN BY SCAMMERS!!! Paid $80 for a wash and wax. All I got was a wash. They didnt even detail the interior. After I called them out on it, the women they have doing the labor told the men in the office that they did do it (lied). What his scam is he claims they did it "fast" while I wasnt looking and its not a real wax job, just a quick spray on detailer with micro fiber. My 12 year old would have done a better job for $20.Went to a real car wash and paid $69.99 for a wash, detail and wax. New owners ruined what was once a good place."

"Quoted one price outdoors. Was charged $40 more indoors. Did not so what was promised. (Didn't fix scratches, paint etc. even though promised when I brought car by last week.Don't know if promising person understood English but he quoted price and work to be done. Then, a week later he claimed said he never said it.) The one star is for the fabulous woman who tried to rescue my flabbergasted self - yay. (Actually, she deserves 10!stars of her own.) New management here now. They just bought the business."

"My visit to Clermont Auto Spa was prompted by one of my sons accidentally putting a 2 ft. scratch in the clear coat of my car. I met Meire when I brought it in, and he assured me that they would be able to fix the scratch and get it back to looking like new with an all over wax job. From start to finish, everyone I encountered there was incredibly kind and professional, even as I had 3 little ones in the waiting room with me. They were patient with the curiosity of my older 2, as they wanted to check out everything around them, and even took them to see the progress. Additionally, I never expected my interior to be touched- it has been looking like a very messy mini-van for quite some time, as I rarely find time to clean it. Imagine my surprise when we walked back out, to find not only a shiny and beautiful exterior, but also a vacuumed and “touched up” front interior. All in all, I was blown away by the service and quality we experienced at Clermont Auto Spa. I will be recommending them to all of my local friends!"
