"I’m not super impressed. I don’t doubt that they do good work here but the customer service leaves something to be desired in my experience. I scheduled an alignment with the expressed intention of dropping it and picking it up shortly after (not necessitating an entire day without a car). The woman on the phone said she couldn’t do that this week but could do it the following. So I waited an extra week. I dropped my car at 9 am on the day of my appointment and didn’t get it back until 30 min before closing time. There was no communication the entire day about a delay or an expected pick up time. Maybe a bad first impression, but sometimes that’s all you get."

"While im aware most post of this company are very good and people do have bad days my vehicle was a bit of a challenge because someone else did a horrible job. This still leaves no excuse for the exceptional high price they charged for the hardware store fasteners they appear to have used. I ask to see the oem part numbers so I could compare the pictures with what they used never got a response. Thanks for responding im aware of dealers pricing what im asking for is to see the dealer part numbers you ordered to compair to what was put on the engine"
