"Note: Why AI template response? I'm beginning by quoting a 2 star review from 4 years ago which you may lookup, "Fair warning they close at 6pm but start turning off the lights in at least half of the store at 5:20pm! You are not able to see anything to be able to shop so get there early!" The current employees policy is to dim the lights at 5:45 without any announcement. I find it dangerous to both customers and employees. In my opinion, disrespectful to customers as well. It is doubtful Habitats liability or workman's comp insurance providers would approve. I asked at the register, "what time do you close?", the response was, "6 pm". In what universe is a store open when the lights are dimmed and you can't see the merchandise or safely navigate the store? The bottom line is no one cares when Habitat closes. I do care about the time I'm in the store shopping. I expect a safe and well lit store."

"I stopped by, and am so glad I did. I immediately complimented the staff standing close by. The manager gave the credit to the great staff. She then chased me down with two employees to let me meet them. I found a great silver chandelier, with cut glass globes, for my son. It will hang over his grandmother’s baby grand. It was $70, and a nice young man loaded it for me. Made my day."
