"Taylor, one of the assistant managers, has terrible customer service and lacks the skills to do her job. When asked for the district number to report a complaint, she was very rude and purposely gave the wrong number. Because of her we will not shop here again. This is one reason why more and more people shop on Amazon and stores are closing down.. The response from Jim Flannigan is completely false. There were no men standing anywhere nearby. There were three other ladies in the checkout line. Taylor was very rude and sarcastic and offered zero help with my exchange after telling her I drove almost two hours to get there. Something could have been done to assist with my exchange. Instead, they lost the sale completely as well as my business. Taylor is definitely not the sort of character who should be in any management type position. Jim must be a co-worker or friend of hers. It’s pretty obvious by his response and the fact that it was conveniently posted right after mine."
