"I came into the store at 6:45pm to grab a gift card. I waited and waited at the counter to check out. Finally I put it back and I was walking out. Two employees were talking and on their devices at the door ready to close. I explained to them that I was trying to check out but no one was out the counter for me to check out. Neither employee said a word. They just allowed me to walk out and slammed the door. I would normally let that go but they didn't offer as much as an apology. I won't go back."
"I consistently enjoy positive experiences when dealing with this store. Despite being located in Atlanta, GA, I frequently conduct my printing business at this particular location. The staff there are consistently friendly, professional, and kind. In contrast to my experiences at the Atlanta (2955 Cobb) branch, the service here is exemplary. They offer expert guidance and exceptional customer service. Today, I had the pleasure of working with Angela, who further reinforced my positive impressions. I've never encountered any issues at this location. It would be fantastic to have this team train the staff at the Atlanta branch."
"Derick in the print department at store #2169 was AMAZING. I wasn't sure how to go about printing my daughters custom birthday invitations (I'm not technically inclined) so I brought my whole laptop with me. Derick was incredibly patient with me, helping me the whole time and super informative....All while taking care of other customers as well (poor guy was by himself too!) He made it a GREAT and easy experience!"
