"Katie is awesome she’s very helpful. But everyone wise there are idiots in the service department. Every time I go there for simple oil change and tire rotation there’s something wrong and I have to make another trip or I get a different story from other reps besides Katie. The final straw was this. They forgot to tighten 4 out of 6 lugs nuts on my rear tire and lost 4 locking lug nuts. I don’t see how you can forget to tighten them. But if I didn’t have the warranty through ford I would never go back. I would stay as far away from their dealership as I could. This could have ended very badly for me, any other drivers on the road, as well as my truck."

He responded to our initial inquiry very quickly by text, and answered all my questions before we even got to the dealership. When we arrived he had our Bronco Sport ready to test drive and we loved it!! I loved this car so much that I didn’t bother looking at anything else. They gave us a great price without a bunch of hassle. Doc handled our tag and title and was fantastic! Super nice and very knowledgeable.
