"This review is purely on the customer service experience post-visit. This morning I left an extremely sentimental and irreplaceable item in my room after an early check-out. I had realized my mistake only after I had boarded a flight (a little over an hour after checking out) and immediately called the number online - be informed it is only a generic customer service line. This hotel chain has no way to directly get into contact with anyone on the premise. Despite requesting to be connected to someone on-site to ensure the item in my room was located in a timely manner, this request apparently went ignored by the WCM team. Desperate to get my item back, I stopped into a local branch upon arriving in my home destination to attempt to get directly in touch with someone at World Center. The MOD locally was very pleasant, but also was not even successful at speaking to anyone in Miami. Seven hours after my initial request for someone to go into my room before house cleaning stopped by, I was informed by my local hotel that nothing was found. No one from the World Center site has made any attempt to reach out to me regarding my inquiry. Had I been able to speak with someone directly just an hour after I checked out, I am confident my item would still be around. A request of this nature could have taken someone five minutes to look into, but apparently this is not a priority to offer customer assistance. This chain wants to appear to be a luxury hotel, however service falls well short of expectations. While this hotel is conveniently located for the regular business I have in Miami, I will never stay here again, nor recommend to any of my colleagues."

"Very nice place but a little to hip for me. Breakfast I give a 7 out of 10. Room was a bit small for my partner and myself, especially being up against the wall which was not appreciated. Definitely made going in and out of the bed in the middle of the night. Difficult. Otherwise clean. Nice, but couldn't find the gym."

"This place was amazing for my two-night stay. (2/12/24 - 2/14/24) The rooms are chic, well appointed, high-tech, and the bed was insanely comfy. I loved playing with the room controls on the iPad. The guy who checked me in (I missed his name) was great. It was midnight, I was antsy after a long flight, and I asked him for walkable bar recommendations to which he made a 10/10 recommendation. The water pressure in the shower was top notch. Like super top notch. I wanted to stand in that shower all day. The upstairs bar was excellent, as was the pool area. Maybe a tad expensive, but it's Miami. They have free towels up there, which I've never seen except on cruise ships. You're on the same block as the Metro Mover, one block from the busses to the beach, and just a short walk to tons of bars. My only complaint was that the rooms have some kind of sensor on the ceilings that pick up motion when the room is dark. Everytime I rolled over in bed, stretched, lifted my arm, etc. while attempting to sleep, the sensor lit up and blinked. This was only annoying because I chose to be annoyed by it, but if you're a picky sleeper, this may be an issue. Otherwise, I can't wait to stay here again. What a cool spot!"

"Our time at citizenM was pretty good, the rooms were well presented and very high tech which we really enjoyed. Customer service was not so great, we had an issue with our first room as the dark blinds were not working and it took 4 tries to speak to the front desk to get them to help us and we did feel as if we were not welcomed or being too bothersome which we did not like. Eventually we did get a room change which was good but the experience left us with a bad taste in our mouth. Parking was around $10 which was great and overall the location was amazing right next to the metromover so we could park and use it too. Another negative experience was that in the bar we asked for a g&t and they said they were only doing beers and wine, no cocktails which we thought was a bit weird. Overall a good stay but there were definitely bits that were lacking, but for the price you definitely get a nice room which we could not complain."

"I liked it! My stay was short, but I enjoyed it. Perfect for 1 person or a couple. The design of the rooms and the use of space spectacular! Very quiet, no noise or voice that could disturb you in the room. Lobby and bar very lively and pleasant atmosphere. another pro, it is downtown."
