"We've just spent 2 weeks at the house in a group of 5 adults + 5 children and are very satisfied with our stay. Overall the house is great, everything looks very similar to what is shown in the ad pictures and all appliances and such were functional with no issues to report. Bed linen, towels and kitchen utensils have good quality. The space was neat and clean upon our arrival. The surroundings are well maintained, quiet and safe. The only thing we have noticed is that carpet fixation needs a review. There are some small nails (or whatever it is that they use to attach the carpet to the floor) standing out and pinching your feet when you inadvertently step on them. Instructions and access codes to enter the condo and the house were provided last minute (we were already on our way from the airport). More anticipation in this sense would have avoided a little stress. Also, we did not stay in the house we had originally booked in the first place. For some reason not disclosed to us, the house was unavailable and the reservation was transferred to a similar house without any additional cost. In our case the new proposed location was also fine, but if you seek a specific place to stay, you'd better take this into consideration. Support received from booking to the end of the stay was OK as well, with a couple of setbacks along the way but nothing too important that would compromise our opinion. We had a great time and would recommend/return for sure."

"Stayed at Compass Bay 5128 with family. On check in Friday 2/9 we discovered the ac unit wasn’t coming on. My daughter called and was told to take a picture of the thermostat which she did but didn’t hear back after that. When she contacted them again she was told to reset the thermostat which was also not successful after multiple attempts. After emails, multiple calls etc still heard nothing. Finally Sunday afternoon at approximately 2pm a maintenance tech came and replaced the thermostat. We were without ac from Friday to Sunday for a part that took less than 20 minutes to replace. It was clear they are not concerned about the comfort of their guests and that is unfortunate."

"Avoid at all costs. Villa in good location, but upon arrival, the villa So under equipped 3 teaspoons, broken pots pans. Broken kettle, broken Blinds, filthy dirty Brown dirt on bathroom walls I’ll leave it up to your imagination to work out what it is. Broken dishwasher. management company, never Address any of the issues. Travelled with a nine Week old baby Couldn’t put her down anywhere as a place was so dirty. We used three bedrooms and two bathrooms and the management company charged us for four stained bath mats when we only used two bathrooms and one Missing remote control and ripped pillowcase from the bedroom. We didn’t Use and also one missing Tea towel and missing hand towel. Asked management company to send photos of damaged stained towels and bath mats, no reply.. Have attached pictures of the villa you can make your own informed choice. I’ve been coming to Florida four times a year for the last 30 years and never dealt with such a poor management. Will be taking the matter further."
