"I’ve been going to this place for years and I’m usually satisfied depending on who does it. But today was the worst ever. I walked in and there were no customers. They were all sitting and then a young lady was told to direct me to her chair, she didn’t even talk so they were coaching her what to say. I sat on her chair and she kept looking back to the ladies looking nervous before she started. I had a bad feeling! It hurt like crazy and took forever to finish like clients came in before me were leaving and I was still sitting there. Her hands were shaking and rough in turning my head. Wasn’t happy at all. Came out with uneven very thin straight eyebrows, red swollen spots and a cut in my eyelid that burnt like hell when she massaged it with alcohol. On top of that she needs to wear deodorant."
"Literally destroyed my arch shape, did my eyebrows straight across. Sometimes they have good girls, but it’s too much of a gamble especially if you go a little while in between appointments and don’t have an exact guide for them to go by"
"This has been my go to place for brows for over 5 years! Im usually 100% satisfied but since the new location has opened the service on davis has went from a 10 to a 2. The arch of my eyebrows were completely altered and I had to draw them in which I’ve never had to do in my life!"
"The staff were nice but my eyebrows are ruined. I went to get my eyebrows laminated and yikes. I should've said something there but I'm bad with confrontation. So I paid and left. The lamination made them look scraggly and awful on me. The tint looks very bad as well. I should've just did threading. edit: so I requested that she thread my eyebrows too to clean them up and she missed SO MUCH hair. I spent $100 for this. This is awful. No wonder why they have a sign saying no refunds."
