"Clean and organized store but many items are sold out and not coming back as re stock for Christmas already. Also return policy changed to only 30 days and no returns at all if you lost your receipt Managersaid no exceptionswill be made not even exchange vs other goods or store credit. This isn't very customer friendly specifically for such upscale priced Store."
"I bought an Zojirushi rice cooker by internet to pick up in the story, we are in vacation in USA and I would like to to cook sushi to my daughters. I was not well received by the employee at the reception. He wasn't rude but I think he was a little harsh because I'm a foreigner. Too bad, the store is beautiful."
