"My son came in for the first time for a cut with Saed. I scheduled here based on all the excellent reviews, so I was extremely surprised with the result. He’s 14 and couldn’t bring himself to complain while he was there, but he was really upset about the cut. It’s WAY shorter than what he asked for. He brought a reference photo so I’m not sure where the disconnect was. He cut the back so high it can’t even lie flat anymore. Wish we would’ve had one of the great experiences that so many others have had."
