"Went in to inquire about pool service and installation of a hand rail for our pool. The associate was new and didn't know if they install handrails. According to their website the do install handrails. She did put my name and phone number in the computer and said that someone would call me back in 24 hours. Left with alot of unanswered questions."

"Saw an item online, went into the Sarasota store and they wanted almost 20 dollars more for the item. Showed them the online price and they would not honor. I said I could go home, order it and pick it up in the store. Guy kinda shrugged and said his items may have a different sku number. I will go elsewhere"

Tampa Mattress Outlet:

"Called in December to fix a leak in my Spa. Leslies staff told me that they will NOT do pool leak repairs or pool repairs that involve getting into the pool in under 75 degree water. I’m lost as the price quoted would have paid for a brand new ‘dry suit’ or ‘wet suit’ for diving in cold water...... I called The Water Club and they came out, jumped in the water without even a ‘suit’ and fixed the leak. I’ve never experienced anyone turn away business like this."

"I was at your place of business waiting for you to open. Once the lady showed up past 9, hey things happen. She went to do her opening duties which is understandable. I gave her some time to get the lights on and so on. I got to the door and and it’s still locked, but I see her in there again preparing for opening. I stood outside again waiting for some kind of acknowledgment, but none. Not a look up to show that you’ll be there to open the doors for your customers and the one that’s been standing outside for now 15 mins past your posted start time. I went across the street to Pinch A Penny and was helped right away and spent $369.04 to be exact. Maybe not a lot of money to you but it would be a nice start do anyone’s business first thing! I would of waited if the lady could have at least made eye contact with me waiting outside your place of business for you to open the door!"
