"I did not have any experience with this company except I saw the truck flying down the road. I'm not really sure how fast but the speed limit was 45 and they blew past me probably going around 70mph. The wind shook my car. Very dangerous!!!!!!!!!!! Slow down!!!!"

"Had very poor experience with this co....used for several years. Pool cleaner was completely unknowledgeable re pools (my husband was a pool builder). He couldn't answer any of my questions re operation i.e. how to increase the water flow in order to make the vacuum work better. He "wasn't allowed" to lift the vacuum out of the pool to check it as I told him it wasn't working even when it was floating on the surface he ignored it! He started using the hose at the front of my house to clean the filter after the hurricane as he couldn't walk 3 ft further around a pile of debris when there is a hose right in the pool area. As a result I found that hose strewn haphazardly on the ground off its wall holder & a broken completely off above ground lawn sprinkler located beneath that hose. Cost me $150 to fix it! Of course they denied all this. When I ordered new flapper kit & install for vacuum 2 flaps missing....sent pix via email to office.....she denied they were missing & was never replaced even when I showed her the old worn piece via email. Charged me $300 to fix pool leak.....continues to leak to this day. Pool had lots of yellow algae on the walls/floor. Office continually argumentative, in denial & always faulting customer. Last straw when she raised the monthly charge by $30 makes it a 50% total increase in 18 mos. Such a relief to now have a CLEANER ALGAE free pool at a much lower cost! Dont know why I waited so long to switch!"

"Worst customer service we have had yet, the lady's in the office only want to argue and were very condescending, the service person was incompetent at best leaving the filter housing relief screw open when they left causing a leak. We called them on Friday noon and they told us to turn the breaker off for the pool pump and we cannot get anyone out there until Monday. Then they called on Monday and were so rude we fired them immediately. Stay far away from these people they hire incomplete people and when they mess up your pool its your fault!!! Ok it was not noon it was 3:46? you must close at 3:56??? You need to hire new people that are truthful and honest !!!"
