"I've been using Pure Planet Pools for about three or four years now and have been very happy with them. My technician shows up when he's supposed to and they always leave me a card that tells me exactly what they've done, the various pool readings, and what chemicals have been added. They have recently switched that information to an online report that they send you shortly after the tech is there rather than the card, and that seems to be working out very well, too. If I am there when the tech stops by and I have any questions, I can go out and they are more than happy to answer any questions I might have. I'm very happy with Pure Planet Pools. I find their monthly price to be reasonable compared to other companies I had checked into before deciding on Pure Planet Pools. I highly recommend them."

Their service person who works on our pool, along with their customer service working with me from just regular maintenance to repairs has been outstanding. They get back to me right away when I have a question, I like their invoicing system too and their updates for the maintenance of my pool is informative. Pricing is great too!"
