Christian, our Project Manager kept everything under control when problems arose, and on track through to a successful completion. Kayla kept all of the building inspections, and permitting on schedule. She was very pleasant to work with throughout the process. All of their employees were attentive to our changes and requests. As a result, we have a very attractive addition to our waterfront backyard. Many thanks are due to everyone at PCS Pools for working with us to completion. "PCS pools has been seamless to work with from start to finish. They helped us with acquiring the bank information we needed to obtain our pool loan, and the office-Kayla, kept me well informed throughout the entire process, no matter how many phone calls or messages I sent. Christian and Mike were professional, knowledgeable and super responsive throughout the entire process as well. They were always helpful with answering my plethora of questions, and responding even after hours if need be. After the pool was completed, they company sent Dakota out to educate me on my new pool with “pool school”, and he has been super helpful all around. From choosing and helping operate my new pool floor robot, to showing me how to wash out the filters and keep the skimmer unclogged of leaves. Overall the entire process has been pretty easy and straightforward. Had we not have to deal with extra permitting and engineering time for my neighbors oak trees, the pool would have been complete in less than two months! I appreciate the companies swift action, and persistence in getting everything we needed completed in record time, and our pool managers-Christian and Mike keeping me updated throughout each step. I would not hesitate to recommend them, or use again in a future home :) We love our beautiful new pool!"

"We just passed our final inspection of our beautiful pool that PCS built! We filed permits first week in July and were swimming by Thanksgiving. The process went really pretty smoothly start to finish. Our sales person helped us design a pool that was far larger than we originally thought we could fit. No other company had offered us creative solutions to maximize our space (they suggested moving the A/C units which really made a difference and allowed us to fit a hot tub). Christian and Mike were our project managers from PCS. They were excellent at managing all the moving parts and taking the stress of any issues out of our hands. Christian in particular kept in constant communication with us and kept us updated every step of the process. Christian helped us a lot with different aspects of the build. I cannot overstate how well Christian managed our process. Anyone who has been through a big project like this will understand how nice it is to have someone have your back. Construction projects are never fun but looking back, it really was a smooth process. The subcontractors they use are courteous and competent. I am very happy we chose PCS and we are thrilled to enjoy our beautiful pool for years to come."

"PCS recently finished construction on my pool. The pool as well as the Travertine decking turned out amazing. I want to say Thank You to Christian who was the Project Manager for this build. From the first visit I had with Christian prior to the build, right through final inspection, he was there to answer all of my questions, address concerns I had as well as worked with the city inspectors to get inspections closed out. Christian is a true asset to PCS Pools and I truly appreciate everything he did through this process to get the pool completed as well as the time he spent addressing my concerns along the way. Again, the pool turned out amazing and I’m very happy with it. The reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating has to do with the stress level that this project put me through mentally, specifically with the news stories that aired soon after I signed my contract in May and continued throughout the process. In my opinion the Leadership at PCS Pools should have addressed these stories with their customers to put people like me at ease. Customers spend a lot of money on a pool project, have the respect to get out in front of these news reports to assure your existing customers that things will be ok. The only person I heard from was Christian who kept me calm during these past several months. He should not have been the person addressing concerns outside the actual pool building process. I was beyond irritated every time I saw a new story because one of the owners couldn’t keep his name out of the news. At the end of the process before a final inspection could be done, the permit had to be re-filed with a new licensed contractor, again stress that I didn’t need and nobody in PCS Leadership had the decency to address with any of us caught up in that mess. PCS didn’t sell me this pool in terms of trying to convince me of what I wanted or that I should have a pool built. I walked in already knowing what I wanted along with the design I wanted. All PCS had to give me a contract to sign and allow me to pick the tile. Nobody came out to my home prior to the contract or after to see the space. Zero follow up by the Salesperson. Christian & Mike were the only two people from PCS to come out to the house just prior to the start of the build. I think PCS has an opportunity to be a great company. They build very nice pools of high quality and I saw no short cuts in the building process. They have some awesome sub contractors and along with people like Christian working with them can build an awesome company. Leadership in my opinion, needs to treat their customers with a bit more respect. I personally saw none and am disappointed because of this. I’m glad the project is complete. I wish PCS all the best."

"As a PCS employee in design and sales, I’m grateful that they built a pool for me. From start to finish the project manager was responsive, and always told me when the next crew was coming. When the crew showed up, they were quick and professional, and the next day, or a day later the cleanup crew was here to clean up everything, and that process repeated itself till we were done, and we were swimming. I enjoyed the different crews which are all specialists in what they do and I loved having the ability to question them why they do what they do so I could learn more and they were just too happy to share. From the day, the permit was issued until we were swimming was two months. If it wasn’t for me, deciding to replace my planter retaining wall with a proper retaining wall and having to wait forever on the city of Tarpon, my deck would’ve been completed at the same time, but that was my own doing. The company worked with me on that and re-started on the wall and deck within a few days after the permit for the wall was approved. We have been loving and enjoying our pool. It was extra special when my daughter, son-in-law, and the grandkids were here over memorial weekend. Thank you PCS, we appreciate it."
