"Wonderful water aerobics classes with Karen. I started in April and it's really made a difference. Classes are an hour at 4 pm on Tuesday and Thursday and noon on Saturday. Free membership for Silver Sneakers and the regular membership is very reasonable. All the staff are very friendly."
"Pickleball is great. Judy Mann brought the program up from nothing. She has it organized with events and tournaments. She is loved and respected by our entire pickleball family. I also take tap with Vicki who is great also. Being a Clearwater Y transplant I enjoy my new place that I never knew existed before Judy."
"I have enjoyed attending Silver Sneakers class since last summer.Gina keeps us motivated and moving She includes weights, ball, and band exercise as well as core strengthening and balance. The staff and the group attending are very friendly, encouraging, and welcoming."
