Although he couldn't come out he was able to help Don troubleshoot the problem. My dad followed his instructions and the problem was fixed. He didn't charge my dad a penny. "We initially contacted Apollo Pool and Spa as they were listed on our pool site as a preferred repair provider. I am beyond grateful for this connection. They were on time for our first appointment and tried at first to repair the heater. We tried to first order parts to repair and once we dug in figured out that the heater was damaged beyond repair. Joshua ordered us a new heater and installed it without any issues or problems. He and his staff were a pleasure to work with.
