"AVOID Leslie's. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They do not keep their promise of free warranty. I bought a Jacuzzi variable pump from this store 2 years ago. During this past summer, I had a pump issue. I spoke to the owner, who laughed at me and said he cannot do anything about my issue. He said to contact Hayward. Mind you, when I bought the pump, I was promised 4 years of free warranty. I still have not resolved my issue. Also when I bought chlorine in the past from them, my pool's chemistry would turn quickly after a couple of days. Their chlorine quality is substandard. Everytime you take a water sample, there's always an issue. After I stopped shopping from Leslie's, my pool has been in better condition."
"Couple weeks back I entered store before closing only to exchange and get bleach. Door was unlocked so I entered only to be greeted by a middled aged man in the rear of the store rudely yelling we're closed, didn't you see the time? He was also waiting on a customer who seemed taken back by his rudeness. I said door was unlocked and it was a few minutes before closing time. He ignored me so I turned around a left with my empty jugs. I will drive to his competeter from now on further down the road. One less customer probably won't make a difference but ..."
"I hate the customer service here. I only come here when i urgently need Clorox and fast service and every time im here im reminded about how much i hate coming here. The prioritize people peoples service, they close your face at the door, they give you wrong estimated waiting times and they just give a lot of attitude. I really dont like the people that work here. Sylvia and a woman with glasses dont provide a friendly atmosphere at all…"
