"No one seems to communicate with each other at Bellair Pools. They are not very responsible about returning calls or following directions. Our pool equipment stopped working after the hurricane. They came out and told me that the equipment was fried. Next I got a phone call asking me to call an electrician since the pool equipment wasn't getting power. I did, and the electrician fixed the problem. I let Bellair know that the electric was restored and that they could come out and diagnose the problem. I did not hear from them for several days. When I call to inquire I was told that the technician was out there and had prepared an estimate. I asked them to email me the estimate which was to replace both of our pool pumps. In the meantime I got estimates from two other pool companies and both found that the pumps were working. We decided to use one of the other companies. Today I got a call from Bellair and they asked if I got the electrician yet. I told them that I did, the electric was fixed and that I had already called them to come out to determine the problem. They insisted that I never called and that they did not come out after the power was restored. I repeated that I did call and told him what the other person said when I called to inquire about the status. Then he "fired" us from their pool maintenance service since we didn't trust them to repair our pool. Very unprofessional company."

"Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Go with Domenic and Brian at Pure Blue pools. Much more knowledgeable and actually can keep a pool blue, for a heck of a lot cheaper at that! Pictures for reference.. this was 3 days after Belleair maintained our pool 2 separate times. Edited to add: they also sent an invoice after not showing up to fix their work and “quit” on us."

"We have had these guys servicing our pool for two years, why so long I don’t know, we kept hoping that they would eventually improve, but WOW, it kept getting worse. Notes: Our technician was a retired guy that basically hated his job, yet needed the money. He was not afraid in letting us know that he did not care about his job. - sometimes he just did not show up for the weekly service - we started getting green and black algae - he would notice that the vacuum or pump was not working, did not care in reporting this. - our pool was a salt water pool, they never added salt, eventually started dumping bleach in our system on a regular basis instead of telling us that our system was out. The owner would be a nice guy and sent their main technician to fix the problem, but within weeks we started seeing algae again. I still don’t understand why the owners kept this guy, we asked on various occasions to change the technician, they made promises but never did. Save yourselves people DO NOT contract these guys. We contracted a new service this week and they indicated that all the parameters were off. pH, salt, phosphate, stabilizer, filters were dirty, salt cell was covered in scale…"

"Even more updates today … I’m gonna keep going too !!! My filter has been pouring water out of it and pool “service” company never advised !!! See pictures how bad the leak is !!! This pool company should just shut down !! See pics MORE UPDATES LOL THESE CLOWNS LEFT MY TIMER KNOBS LOOSE WHICH MEANS MY POOL HAS BEEN RUNNING NON STOP FOR WEEKS ….. AND THE GREEN ON THE WALLS ON MY POOL WHICH I WILL POST PICTURES OF SOON !! THREATS FROM TIM THE POOL DUDE … says to me ANYTIME ANYWHERE …. Wow !!! STELLAR POOL COMPANY ! BUYER BEWARE !!!! DO NOT HIRE KEEP SCROLLING FOR ANOTHER POOL COMPANY !!! THIS IS WHAT MY TILE LOOKS LIKE WEEK AFTER WEEK AFTER THEY SERVICE MY POOL !!! THESE PICTURES ARE TWO HOURS AFTER THEY LEFT MY POOL !! IVE ASKED FOR SOMEONE TO PLEASE CLEAN MY TILE SEVERAL TIMES THE OWNER(s) ARE RUDE !!! THEY HAVE NO CLUE HOW HORRIBLE MY POOL LOOKS AFTER THEY LEAVE MY PROPERTY !!! THEY CANCELLED ME BECAUSE I CALLED ASKING TO KEEP MY TILE CLEAN THIS COMPANY DOES NOT EMPLOY CAPABLE PEOPLE TO PROPERLY SERVICE A POOL !!!! THE GUY SERVICING MY POOL SHOULD BE SLINGING FUEL OR GARBAGE SOMEWHERE AND NOT CLEANING POOLS IMAGE IS EVERYTHING BAD NEWS CONTACTING ANGIES LIST AND BBB !!!"

"Love Belleair Pool Service and Supply! No more green pool and Belleair is less expensive. Jim is great! He is quick, efficient, kind, and let's us know when our pool needs extra attention/maintenance without overselling unnecessary items. Love our beautiful pool now! Recently had a Jandy salt cell circuit replaced under warranty. Belleair Tech was able to efficiently diagnose, repair, and fix what the other company did incorrectly.
