"Second time coming here for the same service and it was horrible. Came in for a soak off, was not greeted. Service provider by the name of Lucy tried taking my nails off by using an artificial nail and when I told her that it hurts she proceeded to catch an attitude because I asked for a SOAK OFF! I could’ve stuck a debit card under my nails and popped them off myself! I came in for them to be properly removed. She yanked my fingers, huffed and puffed the ENTIRE TIME! I’m a paying customer, paying for a service that is offered. So, if she didn’t want to do it, she should’ve went and got someone else. Horrible service and the acrylic is not completely off of my nails so I still have to go home and finish what I paid for. If the color of my skin was different I’m fairly certain that the experience would have been different. 0 out of 10! Won’t recommend and won’t be returning. DO BETTER T&L its 2024."

"I love my pedicure. However, the full set is not worth the price. The male employee was rough, the tips all have gaps in between the tips and my real nails, the nails were cut and shaped differently as well. I paid but I absolutely hated the end result for my nails."

"the pedicure girl was very rough. she kept yanking and poking my toes with the cuticle things. the nail man was in to big of a hurry. he didn’t get all of my old color off before filling in. my nails are so thick and lumpy. the sides were not filed hardly at all. highly unsatisfied for the 100$ price range."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Crooked, uneven and different lengths/shapes on every finger. I wish I could leave no stars. These pictures hardly show how terrible they are in person. Then they charged me $60 for short acrylics (when I wanted dip to begin with!!!!) and said it’s normally $65 as if they were doing me a favor. When they told me I was done I was in shock as he left me to leave with crusty hands dry from alcohol and shavings. No lotion, oil, NOTHING! The man doing mine was very obviously inexperienced. It was so bad that I said I would just prefer to leave MULTIPLE TIMES!!! And the women just kept telling him different ways and to keep going, he started over THREE TIMES. Not the shape, colors or length I wanted when I corrected him SO MANY TIMES!!! I’m left with round nails (supposed to be almond but they CLEARLY don’t know the difference), blobs hanging off the sides and will be peeling these chemicals off my hands the next 2 hours. Total waste of time and money. Now I’m left trying to find someone to go that actually knows how to do nails the day before vacation."

"The ladies are absolutely amazing; they are extremely polite. The spa is super clean, very organized, and just overall a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend."
