"Sorry herbal nails but this was the last time I will be back. This is unacceptable work. I spent $160 on my daughters nail, toes, and a manicure for myself. My daughter’s turned out ok but mine are awful. You over booked clients and then rushed my nails. I haven’t gotten my nails done in a year and I was so excited to treat myself. This is what my hard earned money got me…the worst gel manicure ever. So sad. So disappointed."

"An amazing staff and the establishment is clean, peaceful, and relaxing; however, this was not worth $140. I had no idea my nails were so bad until I got home and got a good look at them. The gel has come completely off two of my fingernails, and I just had this service today. I have no complaints about their waxing services."
