"Worst nail experience I have ever had. The management is awful, the technicians do terrible work and they are dishonest. I called the salon before I went in to ask if they could do ombré dip. They said they absolutely can. After the lady started on my nails she told me she could not do the ombré dip and I needed to pick a color instead. I did not want to, but I felt trapped so I did. She then did a terrible job on my nails and added extra coats of other things without asking me and charged me an extra fee for them. I left, finally really got a good look at my nails and started crying. I called to ask if they could make it right and the manager was incredibly rude but told me i could come back Saturday when she was in store and she would make it right. I showed up Saturday and she wasn’t there, so one of the employees called her and gave the phone to me. She yelled at me on the phone and then had the employee hand me $10 and tell me to leave. She refused to do anything else to make it right."
