"I only went in for a polish change but honestly the lady did great, the price wasn’t that bad. I was scheduled with kevin( heard he does great work) unfortunately I did cancel my appointment, but I’ll make an update on my review when I get them done !!!! "I just want to say that I used to despise getting nails and pedi’s done. My nails would always be left ruined and unhealthy. Since making the switch to Elan, I have healthy nails, I do dip, and the picture seen is MY NAILS not acrylic which just goes to show that choosing the right salon can make all the difference. First, I want to recognize Fuu for being an incredible nail tech. He exceeds expectations the last few times I have been coming here and I am so thankful for him and he also is very outgoing and nice to talk to. Today, I had a pedicure done for the first time with Elan, Emma did the pedicure. I do not normally like pedicures the process just isn’t fun, but Emma was so sweet and gentle and MY GOODNESS the best pedicure massage I have EVER HAD. I had no idea that a pedicure massage could be so incredibly good. I have sore muscles all the time since on my feet a lot and she went above and beyond to give me a good experience. My pedi looked great and my feet feel so smooth. As long as I’m living in this city I will continue to go to Elan for all my nail needs! Thank you Fuu & Emma for being so amazing!"

"Had dip done by a tech. She removed my old dip by jamming a fake nail between the dip and my real nail which hurts terrible and tears up your natural nails and then I wasn't happy with how super thin she redipped them so I complained on the way out. He agreed on how thin they were and rescheduled me with another lady to have them redone a week later for free. The new tech said angrily when I sat down a week later "Everyone has a different way they do nails, there isn't an industry standard." She was angry with me because she had to redo my nails for free. You would think she would have tried to salvage a business relationship with me the customer, but she chose to lecture me first then angrily wrapped my nails in Acetone wraps and she left the room and went in the back of the store where I couldn't see her behind the wall. The store's customer waiting room was behind me. After 23 minutes of soaking in Acetone chemical, I looked around the room and she still hadn't come out so I figured she wasn't coming back. I took the wraps off my self and left the building. I explained on my way out that she hadn't returned from the back and I didn't want to sit with chemical on my hands any longer and her attitude was bad, so the guy up front apologized and then I left. Not very nice attitudes and they clearly let me know they do it their own way so screw us the customer it isn't about us. It's all about them and she lectured me on that. (Pay them your money and shut up.) I know the owner will take her side because they don't care about the customer. I've been having my nails done for years and I know bad customer service when I get it. It depends on the nail tech you get here as to your quality of work. I'm sure other customers comments indicate that as well."
