"The soda sale was good but the clerk had no idea what she was doing. This was the store on Pace Blvd. After giving herv2 chances to fix our order we left & went to the store on New Warrington rd where the manager there fixed it. Thank you for the awesome sale right before the fourth!"

"The only reason why I`m giving it a 3 star cause I like the store. It`s close to my house. But there`s one employee that doesn't have any respect and very rude in there. I have went in there a couple times now and she is very rude. The first time I went in there was last week so I can get some cleaning supplies or something I can't exactly remember and I went to the front to check out and she was sitting down and I put my stuff on the counter and she acted like I was bothering her. Well if you don't want the job quit and let someone else that needs a job work there. Then the other day I went in there to get some stuff. I got majority of what I needed and after she rung me up and I paid for everything I remembered another item so I asked her if she can keep the bag of stuff that I just got at the register and I'll be right back. She acted like it was a hard job to do and while I was getting ready to go get the last item (the forgetful item) this elderly lady came in and asked the employee if they have the long white envelopes and the employee said it in a very grouchy way "If we have any it'll be with the school supplies) so I proceeded to go get my last item and the very rude employee rung my item up and while I was paying for it the elderly lady came back to the counter and asked the rude employee "where did you say that the envelopes are at again?" And the elderly lady was really nice. The RUDE employee said it again but basically yelled it at the elderly lady in a very very very rude way "I TOLD YOU THAT THE ENVELOPES ARE IN THE SCHOOL SUPPLIES!!!" I wanted to say something so bad but I didn't want to get banned from the store but I guess there's other stores that I can go to other than that one. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE HEARD THE RUDEST EMPLOYEE TALK TO SOMEONE LIKE THAT!!!!! It`s like the elderly lady was bothering that employee. I pray that the lady gets fired from that store cause I will be going to another store until she does. She acts like people are bothering her,she acts like she doesn't have to do her job,she can't even walk out from behind the counter to help a customer when there's absolutely no customers at the counter. I have NEVER in my life seen the LAZIEST employee at a store."

"This is the dirtiest family dollar I have ever visited. The store is not stocked. Products are not organized. Price tags are not lined up with correct products. I saw a lot of items with no price tag. Products are on the floor all over the store. The aisles are not labeled. The customer service is non existent. The only thing the cashier said was the amount of my change. I was not given a receipt nor was a receipt offered. No one greeted us when we came inside. I have no idea where the carts are kept. One customer had a cart with broken wheels. One door was completely blocked off. The outside of the store was filthy. I didn't want to touch the door, it was so dirty. I had to walk a gauntlet of homeless people right outside the one working door."
