"I passed several employees, who never offered assistance. The main thing I'm aggravated about is..... I asked an employee if they had any smaller packages of small wire pieces. When I finished explaining what I needed, he went "Umm, huh?" I will probably drive further to go to Lowe's competitor next time, to see if I have better luck."

"The only problem I've ever had here was with matching interior paint. I provided the associate with a paint chip sample to scan on their computer. She did so & I thought I was good to go until I got home & used it. It wasn't even close. Way too light. So, I took it back to have it remixed. They scanned a new paint sample I brought them from the same wall & this time the machine spit out more white paint than black, making the already too light gray even lighter. Made no sense to me, & I'm not on board with their no return policy on paint given the failure I experienced in getting it properly matched. Doesn't seem fair that I should end up with a worthless can of paint because they failed to do it right, or have to stand around tinkering with trying to match it up myself. Other than that, I've always been handled in a friendly, professional manner. The last time I was there I hadn't been in the store more than a few minutes when an associate approached me & asked if I needed help with my selection of products. He was extremely knowledgeable about the specific product I was looking for, & helped me make an informed decision. Finally, I like that they have discounts for military & veterans."
