"1. Very slow service when you order ahead. Waited 35 minutes today. 2. Coffee does not taste right. 3. Many people waiting and only one person making orders. 4. Go somewhere else."

"Today was the absolute last time I will ever order from this store ever again. Getting in and out of this store is an absolute mission, huge design fail in the drive-thru but let's get to the point. I've ordered very few times from this store in the past and their drinks have been consistently poor quality. I took one more chance today because this is the closest store to home and instant regret. I lost another customized freebie venti frapp to the trash because it was absolutely foul and unconsumable. Not only have you moved frapps to strawless cups but how do you expect anyone to be able to drink them when you over ice and the entire top of the cup is all packed ice that won't come through the tiny slit in the lid?!?!? I figured, maybe I can salvage my drink by spooning out and dumping the over iced/frozen layer that takes up half my cup....NOPE! When I finally got to the less than half portion in my cup that actually resembled a consumable liquid substance, the taste was so bad I wanted to vomit. I dumped the entire venti cup of caffe vanilla and lost my 200 stars. The only positive note was at least I didn't have to pay for it. I've never had so many inconsistent coffee drinks in my life from Starbucks and you have about pushed me 100% over to Wawa Coffee which is far more affordable with the most important CONSISTENT flavor! This store no longer exists to me...the most overrated coffee I've ever tried to consume. I was also pretty appalled when a different store served me my frapp with a giant hair half stuck under the lid and half out...you need to up your quality control standards ASAP before someone else does it and puts you out of business completely!"

"Me and my partner came near closing time and they were still as thoughtful and efficient in their service. Great people, great Staff overall. They helped me with my new favorite drink with a Christmas spin on it. Would definitely recommend for anyone searching for a great coffee experience."

"I asked for light ice, they acknowledged the request but gave me the full cup of ice. There was some sort of miscommunication there. The atmosphere seemed less upbeat. The staff was happy/friendly/professional so maybe it was the music or the cleanliness. I'm not sure but something was slightly off compared to most others starbucks I've patronised"

"Always out of their breakfast sandwiches. Also customer service really sucks at this location. It always takes over 30 minutes in the drive thru. It shouldn’t take this long. It’s so ridiculous. Save your time and sanity and go to another location. I can’t believe how bad the customer service was. They need training. My iced Carmel macchiato came out horrible and not done properly. Here I am late to work with no breakfast and horrible tasting coffee. Thank you Starbucks."
