"My husband and I ordered the Classic Philly combo whole times 2 and we ordered Wings and a Hamburger sandwich it was HORRIBLE the bread was stale, barely any meat for the price we paid, bread falling apart, the wings were reheated they weren’t even fresh tasted so bad, the customer service at the location is underrated staff at this location is rude and is definitely not customer friendly. The money we spent and food received did not add up sincerely I expected more to be honest and am extremely disappointed that the service was less then hopefully the manager reads this and will assure freshness of food served to the public AT ALL TIMES and perhaps retrain staff on customer services skills. My husband and I work hard for our money and truly eating out is not a necessity however if your in the business please treat your customers as you would want to be treated step up the food game as well…"

"I came in and placed an order on Christmas Eve and was told that on this day that they were not serving anything Nathan's.That means no fries,hot dogs anything Nathan's. I was very disappointed, and had to order a burger in which I asked for it to be cooked well done. It wasn't cooked well done and the bread was stale and old. By the time my wife brought my order home to me it was too late to go back up there because they were closed. I've tried to reach out to them ,but of course no one answers the phone. I don't think I'll be continuing my business with them."

"I've had a lot of misses food wise lately. The Boneless 10 wing platter with Nathan fries the last three times were not good at all. I've gotten them in the past where the boneless wings were good size and cooked perfectly...but lately the sizes are super small and some slightly over cooked, and some of the fries under cooked...and at a price over $19 with a drink(check the photo) just to be dissatisfied at the end doesn't sit well with me. I may not be back for a while."
