"Being there is horrible, staff is extremely lazy and with no worries about the client. Food is really good, juices are great but staff is extremely bad, today were 4 people in line and they spend more than 20 minutes because the rest are just watching and singing songs, and only 2 assist client.l, and when I asked the one was singing she goes "oh yes, only 2". We decided to leave and they didn't care"

"I use to love this place 5 years ago, little by little it hasn’t gotten worst with customer service and price and now they don’t even put mustard/mayor on the media noche and they give you old refried fried !!! Gross what a waste of $15 I was better off at Wendy’s for a $6 meal then here"

"After having a bad experience in 216 with them not honoring the number order system I went to Cutlerbay and they were doing a line they had the number machine opened with numbers spilled out I don’t mind waiting is part of visiting here but stick to the system you created 216 and Cutlerbay"

"Just came here at 10.46, 9th October. Cuban toast was stale, coffee was anemic. I can let go of this shortcoming today, however to see a restroom with these conditions, and with sufficient staff, c'mon what happened to genuine customer service. Then after informing the counter that washing soap is needed, all I got was a 'thank you' reply with a shrugged. That's it for the money you spent, your dollar is only as good until you get served at the service counter. Someone needs to do a reality check! Miami, wake up to these hype up bakeries."

"I ordered delivery through DoorDash. I ordered baked empanadas because I’m pregnant & fried foods at the moment make me sick to my stomach. Upon receiving my order, I noticed the empanadas were fried. I called DoorDash customer service and they were excellent & they said they would call the store to confirm that they had baked empanadas, & would re-deliver them to me. When I received the redelivery of empanadas, I noticed on the receipt the word baked was scratched out and they manually wrote fried on each item. & of course the actual empanadas were indeed fried. I understand that it’s a bakery and sometimes items run out but what I don’t understand is how they confirmed that they had baked empanadas and still sent me fried for the second time. If they had ran out completely, they could’ve just let me know & refunded me for those items. I think this is extremely poor customer service. I appreciate DoorDash for handling the situation, but I definitely would not recommend this Pinecrest to anybody."
