"My Sub was great! But the customer service rep!! She was rude confrontational! We didn’t know we had to wait for the veggie bar because it’s in the back of the counter so we walked towards the register!! Young lady blond short curly hair!! Was like oh I guess y’all don’t want nothing on your sub! Whatever” shrugging her shoulders! I was like oh we didn’t know that was there she was like well he walking away and you are too, he as in my husband! I was like you’re being confrontational over a sub! You should calm down it’s really not that serious! She was like nah I’ll try to be better tomorrow but not today! I was about to seriously walk out but we had already paid for the food!! I will never go back here again! You don’t treat customers like this! Because they walk away from a veggie bar!! She needs better training!"
"Ordered online but they didn't realize there was an order so I had to wait while they got it ready. Then they drowned one sub in hot sauce, so much it was dripping off. Chicken tenders were burned and then they drowned them in honey mustard. Won't be going back any time soon. Will be letting my friends they should not either. Very disappointed!!! They use to be awesome when at other location on US1."
"I had the chicken cordon Blu it was good. I would recommend to ask them to cook your chicken with salt and pepper. My friend had the Italian sub. I didn't like the pre sliced deli meat. The bread was fresh. The brownies look better in the picture then it actually was. The onion rings were fresh from the frozen bag. Nothing to write about. They do have the mini cookies, that I love."
