"Short staff, rude staff, staff waits on who they want to first, not who was in line first. There was a feeling of if are not from around here you aren’t welcome were. Avoid this Circle K if you are tourists or (like us) people from out of town."
"Can you please get your employees to get off their damn cell phones while working?!? You have a huge competitor next door! Every single time I walk in, No care about serving your customers! Today 01-15-23 around 6pm - person in front of me asked for something. Cashier was on his phone texting and said what did you say you wanted. I walked up and said what I wanted. He was texting again. And then asked me what do you want..."
"I don't know what happened to the customer friendly staff....I'm revising this post because last two times I was there two different employees both black and I get lotto and cash from atm for a family member often and first was tickets he gave me to cash in they weren't winners and I know what the machine sounds like when it isn't well after that went to winndixie and the person who had the ticket xalled me and I told them it wasn't a winner had to go get the loser back to give him after I left grocery store ....she was very nice found the ticket for me I made sure to tell her I know it's a lower but I have to prove it to him and rhe next time was tall black guy that works there ...I lost $30 9f someone else's money and after searching I called and asked him if it was on the floor in the candy right in front he aiad no I called again to see if it was by the atm he looked no not there so I asked him to take my name and number I. Vase drawer was over thinking maybe money stuck together then I research everything again and found it stuck in a little notepad in my purse I called him yet again lol to day tell him thanks for looking and for good customer service for putting up with 4 phone calls having him look for everywhere in the store for no reason lol again sorry circle k guy"
"RUDE LADY! It was an black lady .. Like why can’t they just be respectful and say please and thank you and not have an attitude? Why Everytime they gotta be rude!? All I did was walk into the store with my cup and the employee yells so rudely , you know when people are giving a rude tone , you can sense and feel bad vibes , obviously she had one and yelled “no ice” . Not excuse me ma’am there’s no ice… but a flat out yell so rude yell “no ice” Literally go learn some mannners !!!!"
