"The absolute best service ever! After dining out night before at st. Pete pier with less then desirable service I had to write a review because of the exceptional service from the moment we walked through the door at this outback. The server, Anne Marie might have been tired and ready to go home(we were late diners) but she did not let it stop her from showing us we were valued as customers, hats off to you and thank you so much! The cooks Nate& Cedrick not only made the food look like it was straight from the tv cooking shows but astounded our taste buds! I’m not done! The manager Belle checked on everything and was right there for any assistance not just for us, I watched her take care of the entire restaurant! This my friends is the best you can get and I would highly recommend anyone including family to dine here. Thank you to all of you, Anne Marie, you are a very special person. You keep that smile going!"

From Belle-the manager, with the friendly greeting upon walking in the door all the way through the meal, I could not have been more pleased. Richard was an exceptional server. The food runner was friendly and cordial. The food was SUBLIME! Everything was totally on point. Great job Spring Hill Outback! You have renewed my faith in dining out!"

"Taylor was an amazing server. I don’t usually expect much from chain restaurants but I was impressed for the first time in years. This girl was speed walking to take orders, getting constant refills, asking if everything came out well, offering more bread or if we missed anything, asking if we needed to go boxes or to go drinks. There is not one question she did not ask that I would have expected a server to. I did not have to call her over or wait for anything really. I think her providing such great service even made me feel like the food was better because she took such great care of us. Her attitude and promptness was on par or even beyond way more expensive or boutique restaurants I have been to. I had to let her manager know as well how awesome she was because it is a breath of fresh air to receive such amazing service. Will definitely be returning and I hope Taylor can serve us again in the future."

"Service was great. Had no salt shakers. All of the salt shakers were still displayed on the tables but unusable because they had somehow all gotten moisture in them. Wasn't very attractive to look at while eating. The bread was old. Our server was excellent. Very nice and friendly."
