"Really horrid management has taken over in the last two months. I’ve been coming to this location for over two years and it’s just really become a ghetto version of its former self. First off now the Frosty is shut down by 1:30am every night and they’ll try to tell you they are out, but tonight I confronted the GM and he admitted they are cleaning it. Also tonight I’ve never seen a Wendy’s be completely out of basically everything. I asked about this Ghetto Sign and was told if I asked again about it there would be less to order in an almost threatening manner. I asked to speak to the GM as this place has just become extremely unprofessional and not somewhere I want to eat any longer to see what has happened and was met with nothing but excuses and rudeness from the girl also on the line who thought all of this and my wasted time was funny. Weird how the other manager always took care of everyone and served Frosties actually til Close? What a shock. I’ll without a doubt be calling corporate tomorrow. Been a Wendy’s customer my whole life, this place is THE WORST IN SO MANY WAYS. I’ve been sick here, and now this poor ordering, poor customer service and basically lying to your guests. As a former manager this is absolutely Not a Hospitable Place in any way. Wish I could give Zero Stars. This Wendy’s all of a Sudden doesn’t feel like it should be in Spring Hill…perhaps Miami, Town n Country or Jacksonville? Just trashy service all around. Just look at the picture I took below what a joke. Gm needs to Go!"
