"This Dunkin is the most careless and rude establishment I’ve ever been to. Asked for a cup of water - they refuse to put water into a cup. Unbelievable! This is a basic human need!! You can’t deny water to someone! That’s a lawsuit!! Employees are incredibly rude and careless, they act like we were an inconvenience. BEWARE!! Do yourself a favor and do not stop here!!"
"They keep messing up my order and this is the closest location to our hotel. We travel full time for work and Hubby takes the car in the morning so I have to order food for my child and I, and they keep forgetting my food and messing up my order. When someone orders a variety that's usually more than 2 flavors yet we keep getting either all plain munchkins or just two bland flavors. Once and only once did they do jelly, chocolate, blueberry, powder and other flavors. It shouldn't be that hard to grab one of each fun flavor or two of each and make a good variety box. If I'm spending my money, I expect what I have paid for to be good. Please provide better service and atleast pretend to care about the service you provide. I'm highly disappointed and stressed out."
