"Didn't eat, but I did have a great time! The place is well put together and clean. No smoking indoors, but there is an attached outdoor spot with tables and what not. So yeah, good music and a great atmosphere!"
"Great atmosphere is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of the Handlebar. The inside seating is like a completely different world from the outside seating area. The vibe here is cool and I will definitely be back to try more drinks. The only thing I didn’t like is that if you don’t know drink names or what to try, they don’t have a drink menu or recommendations. Everything else was awesome!"
"Saw Dan Sperry, and it was the first time at the Handlebar. Cons: I was very surprised that the venue was smaller than I imagined, and had I been there to see a band, it would have been very uncomfortable. There was no parking, however, which was awkward, and we had to park on Wright Street and walk around the block. Had I been alone, I would not have gone due to safety concerns PROS: Even though it was small, we were early enough to get a seat, which was great for us. The bartender was awesome.. super cool lady that was pleasant and quick. The bathroom was super clean and very nice. Be prepared tho there is only one bathroom. It was overall a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it, and I would go back."
"We had a good time. We spent a lot of time on the patio because there were chairs out there and we were mostly there to just see one of the bands, but we could hear the others and they were all good. The bar selection was good, but the lines could have moved a little faster if they'd had another one or two behind the bar. Nice clean bathrooms. Overall though, I thought the place was great and I'm looking forward to seeing more shows in the future."
