Applebee's Grill + Bar

"Ordered To-go, everything was absolutely awful. I ordered the chicken tender platter w/ a side of fries. The tenders and fries were cold, although the order was picked up before the designated completion time. The fries and tenders were unbearably salty. I did not finish eating, I tossed the whole meal. My husband on the other hand ordered the steak platter, mashed potatoes, and fries w/ the spinach dip. His fries were cold and salty as well. His steak was not even medium rare, and it was just completely raw which he did not notice until after almost finishing. This led him to the ER with intense food poisoning. I have ordered to- go multiple times and each time has left me feeling unsatisfied, but I continued to try to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Will not be eating here again."

"It's amazing how things differ from restaurant to restaurant. We eat at Applebee's 3 times a week at different locations. Eat the same thing every time. The price always differs 2-10 dollars each ticket. Local taxes maybe?? But what differs most is the quality of food. This location fell far short of the bar set by the previous ones. I'm a rare steak person but my wife is medium well. Her steak came out twice bleeding on her plate. We just played nice and I ate her steak. Worked out great for me not so good for her. The cook has no skills. Different temperature of steaks is pretty basic. Felt let down and disappointed. Service was great she tried to correct the problem. After it came out wrong the second time we decided to cut our losses."

"We waited about 40 minutes to even before our order was taken. Eventually we placed our order and waited another 30 minutes for it. We ordered the pasta with grilled chicken and broccoli. It was horrible!! It wasn't hot and we paid for extra Alfredo sauce and it wasn't on it. So again we had to wait another 15 or 20 minutes for it. Part of our table asked for more appetizers that NEVER CAME!! We had a spill that went on the floor and NOBODY CARED enough to take care of it for guest safety. If anyone would've slipped they could have sued because we brought it to someone's attention. Just a horrible dining experience from start to finish. I enjoy Applebee's but this location has got to be the worst. When things aren't going well on the floor the manager needs to be aware and be available to show leadership."

"Myself, my children and friend ate there last night. Jacob was our server, he was AWESOME. Ordered the classic trio, it was great. For my entree I ordered fiesta lime chicken. Jacob and a female waitress brought our food out. The female waitress had my plate in her hand. Before she even set it down, I notice a long hair dangling off the plate and immediately said something. She took it to the back. Minutes later they bring the plate out. SAME plate. With the hair folded up in the middle. The laziness is unreal. They took that meal off my check and offered to make a new one. Which was supposed to be done the first time. I declined. That’s disgusting. I still paid $62 in food for 2 kids, one entree and an appetizer. Plus a $20 tip. Which was well deserved on Jacobs part. How can you expect someone to pay so much for a run of the mill, Meal. And be nasty? That’s just gross and lazy."

"We had a great dining experience. I thought the Alfredo pasta sauce tasted a little watery but still had good flavor. The chicken wanton tacos were so good. My oldest child loved the French dip sandwich. Very nice Applebee's. We'll definitely be back"
