She just stood there telling me the total without the voucher and didn't try to get help or answer my question why. If there was a good explanation then I would have been happy. Also the bathrooms were absolutely filthy- pictures included- They couldn't even fill the paper towel dispenser- Just set them on the sink and let them get soaking wet."
