"The lady working in the store told my daughter that she couldn't pull down a display shirt for her when it's the last small they had because they keep their smaller sizes as the display. Confused, my daughter asked the lady if she could just put the extra small on display instead. The lady said no because she'd have to steam it!!"

They paused their conversation to make judgmental glances at myself and friend. They continued to stare and watch as I perused a couple racks. They did not speak to us at all, or stop staring.
