"I had an incredible experience here today! I called to see if they had any openings for same day, and they were able to fit me in. My shih tzu had matted hair and I fully expected to pay a premium. They took great care of her, were super knowledgeable about her skin and coat, only charged me the base price for a full groom, and were able to keep her ears and tail fluffy! She looks so much healthier and more comfortable now, all thanks to Mel’s Pet Spa. This will be my new regular grooming spot and I will always recommend them to my friends!"
