"Took my Bernedoodle and Shorkie here for a standard poodle cut and a bath and trim respectively. Provided a picture of what I wanted. Dropped off mid-morning and wasn't ready until the end of the day (5:05p). I went there before being called because I was worried about them. When complete, the Bernedoodle had patches of unevenly trimmed coat on both forward and rear legs and paws not fluffed per requests. The Shorkie didn't look like very much had been done at all. I'm not prone to leave negative reviews but this rose to the level that made it necessary. I won't return."
"The ladies are absolute angels that work here and made my dogs feel so comfortable. I brought in three large dogs first thing in the morning and was able to pick them up by 2 PM. All dogs were very clean very soft, very well groomed and I was very impressed with the customer service. I would definitely come here permanently. I would recommend them to anyone asking for a groomer in the area."

"Please do not take your pups here, for their sake trust my review. We took our shih tzu and Pomeranian there, shih tzu came back looking like a cue tip because they didn’t touch his head or face and buzzed his body (picture attached) and came back with a limp (which was recognized at pickup). The Pomeranian seems to have not even been groomed at all (not even a sani cut) but we sure got charged for her. So in the end we got a terrible cut, absolutely no cut (which lead to us pay for a correct cut elsewhere), and a hefty vet bill for a months worth of pain medicine and anti inflammatory medicine due to an injury to our pups leg. We thought this might be a one off experience, but after talking to others around Oceanway that have taken their pets there, they shared the same experience. I’m really not sure how they’ve gotten the good reviews that they have."
