"Diane and her staff gave an amazing, caring, loving and perfect grooming experience to my beloved 13 1/2 year old Siberian Husky. He was not able to stand for all the work that needed to be done with that thick, double coat, so they sat on the floor with him while they dried and groomed him, took a video for me to see when I came to pick him up. He was so content and relaxed and his coat was silky, soft and shiny and he smelled wonderful!! It is a happy, clean and really cute spa. I couldn't be happier and I'm so glad I found them. They also helped lift him into my SUV, as he is not able to get in by himself. 5 stars indeed from me and Zeus!"

"I came to Diane some time ago as a walk-in. I felt welcomed, loved the openness, how clean the shop was, having a nice couch, and chairs. I was asked for health records, “in order to keep all of the visitors safe”. Immediately, I felt the concern for her guests mattered over the dollar to be made because I had to reschedule in order to retain the information. When I arrived with my Shih Tzus, I was embarrassed because one my babies had some matting on her legs. She was so kind about it and not judging. I wanted her to know I really do spoil my babies and this was rare as we just moved and she gets these so quickly. With a smile, she took my babies after finding out exactly how I wanted them groomed and said I may stay or she will call me when she is done. I thought that was quite open. I stayed for a bit, it was cute to watch her talk to them. When I came to pick my Shih Tzus up, they looked adorable. I never had their cuts done so well before. I loved it! I continue doing business with Diane and send my clients, as a breeder of Shih Tzus, and my friends and family her way. She is a gem. You will appreciate her professionalism and stay for her talent and love of the fur babies!"
