Kasa Wellington South Florida

"Staying at the Kasa was the worst and most disgusting experience I've ever had. I rented the Kasa 2 bedroom apartment from 12/4/23-12/11/23. On the 1st day, I found blood like stains on the sheets where my kids would be sleeping. The same night, when turning the heating system on it put out a foul burning like odor within a minute of being on. From that point, my kids coughed throughout the night in which I think was due to the filthy air filter on the unit. I spoke with a representative and was told that it was going to be taken care of the following morning. While we were out of the apartment, maintenance and housekeeping came into the apartment without my consent after I asked them to contact me prior to entering the apartment with all my vaulables inside. I called the representative back as soon as I noticed that someone had entered the apartment and changed the bed sheets. The representative told me told me they entered the property, and they did recognize the problems. I was told that a work order had been put in for the heating system and that the filter had been changed. The second night, I noticed the shower didn't work in the same room as the disgusting sheets. I called to speak with the representative about the heat once again and was offered $100 and was told that was the max they could give me in return. So now my experience is blood like stains on bed sheets, can't use heater to warm the home for my kids in the month of December, shower doesn't work because we never sit down in any tub while on vacation and kids coughing as soon as we enter the apartment because maintenence NEVER changed the filter. By the fourth night, I had made up my mind that I would be leaving in the wee hours of the morning to head back home because I've had enough of this experience. Upon emailing Kasa letting them know that my family and I were leaving the property, a representative responded back a few hours later into my road trip back home. The representative told me that maintenence would be there that day to fix the heating system and offered to put me into another apartment after four days of the worst customer service experience. I was told that I would still have to pay for every night that was booked even though my leaving had everything to do with their service and living conditions of their property. I have pictures of everything that is listed in my complaints."

"Centrally located behind the Mall at Wellington Green, this Kasa is near Whole Foods, Target, and so many great stores. There is plenty of parking, the apartment is immaculate, and it looks new or recently renovated. Fully furnished, even stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent, etc. I've stayed at the Kasa in Delray, but this one is my new fav!"

"At the beginning there were problems during check-in, but they were resolved immediately! The staff came and assisted, and did not leave until everything was decided. Once the fire sensor started beeping, they changed it for me right away. I really love and appreciate silence, so we really enjoyed living there these days, we will definitely come back to you again!"

"First time booking a stay with Kasa and I will definitely book again. The apartment was clean, cleaning supplies available as well as towels and bedding. The location was great as well. Located right outside of shopping plazas and huge choice of places to eat. Check in and out was simple."

"The apartment at Kasa was super safe, cozy, immaculate, modern, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was very peaceful and private and homey. Everything appeared new and in excellent condition. Checking in and out was super easy. There was no pressure at all. We loved the fact that they gave us the option of checking out a bit late if needed, and of easily extending our stay. Everything seemed to cater to the comfort of the guest. We loved the pool and felt very much at home. After staying for 6 weeks we still weren't ready to leave! We hope to stay at Kasa again"
