"What an absolutely awful experience. I’m sitting here waiting for my Uber and I cannot wait to get off of this property. I booked a two night stay, checked in around midnight last night after a long drive, the room had a musky smell to it, but I was so tired I just went to sleep. I ended up waking up with a massive headache, and it only got worse as the time went by. I ended up calling the front and asking Jen the manager if she would switch my room which she did with no problem. When I got to the next room, it was full of all different types of body hair all over the bathroom and the bedsheets. Ultimately, I decided I wanted to leave this hotel. Between the mold that caused my headache in the first room and the hair that completely grossed me out in the second room you would think they would’ve offered me a refund. Jen then accused me of smoking in the room, which I did not! She said I’m lucky she is waiving the smoking charge, which is ludicrous since smoking, never happened! Considering that is the manager, you guys are really in big trouble. Jen, you have a few things to learn about customer service, that is for certain."
"Located near the Wellington Mall. Service is great, awesome hot breakfast and common areas are squeaky clean. Rooms need to be updated but are clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking available and is from walking distance to a sports bar and a fancy restaurant."
