The Estates at Wellington Green Apartments

"This apartment is really a joke. We only lasted 8 weeks. It was so bad that we just called our agent and bought a house instead. I literally almost fell in the kitchen, because the flooring that they cheaply applied was lifting and my foot caught into it. The place was really musty and I was so afraid mold was in there. Check this out though. Hope the owners actually review this. I agreed to pay the termination fees. I waited for days. They claim I would receive a certified letter with the balance, never did receive that and it's months later. Finally I got a letter reducing the fees (which they didn't have to do if they had reached out). I met with the assistant manager who tells me they filed a claim against my rhino policy (don't do this). Now why would you need to do that if I'm literally here waiting for the mail to pay. The garbage pickup was a joke. Animals would rummage through the trash and then they would refuse to pick it up... but you still had to pay. Truly. Move on from this place. I could write about their incompetence and negligence all day. Don't do it. You're welcomed."

"Upon moving into my apartment, I never received a mailbox key and the apartment was full of dirt. The carpet was covered in dirt. It took me three hours to properly clean it with rug Doctor, the tub in both bathrooms was clogged with hairballs. The dryer vent was broken and I had to replace it the overall experience within the last four days have been horrible. If I knew the agent name that did the final paperwork I would state it. She didn’t give me any information. Unfortunately I don’t know her name she just took my money and sent me on my way. I went back to the same lady with my concerns yet she didn’t do anything about it. Internet is included in the rent however, I have yet to receive Internet. The whole experience has been devastating, especially when I waited so long to move into this complex. The leasing agents need to do better. Yours truly An unhappy camper!"

"The community is beautiful but we have a few complaints since having been here for over a year #1 it is a gated community but the gates haven’t worked since I moved here over a year ago. #2 the kitchen cabinets have peeling paint that falls into our cookware/silverware. This is a health hazard! I’ve made many complaints but apparently they cannot solve this issue. I’m very disappointed that the management does not consider this a serious health and safety issue !"
