"Axis Wellington Green is the BEST luxury community that I have resided in, by far. Aside from being conveniently located in the heart of Wellington, it has the best amenities. The Team at the office is wonderful with the residents. The service team is prompt with the work orders. SAMANTHA, EINDER,RAUL and THEO are always accommodating with any requests and inquiries. Stop by and see for yourself, you will feel like it's Home!"

"This will be a brief one-star review, and I strongly advise conducting thorough research before considering this establishment. During my two-year stay, most of the amenities, including the fire pit, televisions, and grills, remained inoperative. Furthermore, the pool area consistently suffered from litter accumulation. The garbage disposal area was highly unsatisfactory, and an abandoned maintenance shack, destroyed by fire, has persisted for the past year. The management's practice of arbitrarily increasing rent and engaging in secretive negotiations often results in residents paying higher rates than their neighbors. The leasing office demonstrates concern only until the lease is signed, thereafter showing disregard, dishonesty, and a tendency to provide false assurances to temporarily appease tenants. It is worth noting that the prevailing assessments of Raul's character in previous reviews are accurate. While Samantha may initially create a comfortable atmosphere, it is merely a facade. I have yet to encounter a tenant who was not excessively billed upon departure, effectively nullifying any security deposit and incurring additional charges, as anticipated. Consequently, I made the decision to terminate my lease prematurely in order to avoid the daily headaches associated with Axis Wellington Green. In light of these circumstances, I strongly recommend exploring alternative accommodations in the vicinity that offer superior competitiveness when compared to Axis."

"Would not recommend living here. The apartments haven't been updated in 10ish years and not properly cleaned such as the vents that are filthy. It's a very dark and ineffient layout. The garbage area must be a toxic health violation, it's not properly kept clean and there is a burnt down shed where some fire apparently happened right next to the children's playground that was like that before we moved in and 6 months later left that way as we moved out. The staff are fair and have attitudes at times, much less friendly after you move in and responsive only when it's convenient. I had to contact the corporate office when the final bill had extra charges to get a response. And everything was left in good condition we had a cleaning service biweekly and had them clean the day before moving. Every lived in apartment will have reasonable wear and tear but they keep the security deposit to pay for refreshing it I'm guessing. Another review mentioned not to expect your security deposit back which is accurate. I'm giving it two stars because they have a decent coffee machine and popcorn in the leasing office and there is a maintenance staff member that is very polite and helpful and it's not the main guy in charge who also has an attitude sometimes. This is my honest feedback and experience. I hope things go better for others and maybe they will give the apartments much needed updating."

"Axis Of Wellington is a wonderful place to live, located directly across the street from The Wellington Mall. I’ve been living in the community for just two weeks and absolutely enjoying every moment. The staff on site are amazing and make you feel welcomed. They are super friendly and quick to respond to any service or maintenance requests. The grounds are well kept and beautifully landscaped with stunning lake views, biking and running trails, state of the art gym and pool. It’s a family-oriented community with friendly neighbors and kids playing outside with their pets. The apartments themselves are well constructed, spacious, and modern throughout with state-of-the-art appliances, and just about every creature comfort you can expect when living in a luxury community. I looked at other communities in Wellington before choosing Axis and could not find anything quite like it. It’s really in a league of its own. The staff go out of their way from the moment you walk through the door and make you feel like family. You will have to experience Axis of Wellington for yourself to realize just how much you get for your money. I highly recommend Axis of Wellington."
