I don’t know Ms. Johnson otherwise than through this professional relationship. Ms. Johnson has been an outstanding Assistant property manager. She is thorough, highly responsive, and is always a pleasure to deal with. Ms. Johnson gives me informed and considered advice regarding my tenure and all pertinent information needed. "This was my first time living in Wellington and I just so happened to see this neighborhood and stop by. Shay was the first person I met and has been extremely helpful from start to finish. She managed my move in and has been my go-to person for anything that I may need. Everyone in the office is friendly and the maintenance team responds quickly if any issues come up. My building is mainly long term tenants and the neighborhood has been very welcoming with different activities that encourage community involvement. This is a nice and quiet neighborhood that I find to be reasonably priced for the area. I would definitely recommend to anyone!"
