"Stayed here last week in conjunction with a professional conference that had a negotiated rate with the AC hotel. They honored the rate on my first of 2 nights, but stuck it to me on the 2nd night with a rate was DOUBLE the group rate for my second night. I found out about the higher charge when I checked out and saw the bill. When I reached out to get it corrected, they said it was basically too late. The highly-touted rooftop pool was also closed which we discovered upon check in. This place is a clown show. Poorly run."

"What an experience… we were her for the Miami Boat show and starting with the Valet gentleman, Brandon and Sebastian were amazing. Our room was not ready and the guys started our experience off to a great one. The front desk and room was not but spectacular. Keep up the good work. We will definitely be back."

"Great area with very close proximity to a lot of good restaurant and bar options. Rooms could use some work. Pillows were the worst I've ever seen in my many hundreds of nights in hotels. No stuffing at all and no support. Thermostat didn't work at all room wouldn't get below 72 no matter what you set it at and when I woke up it was completely reset to 72. I asked a friend staying there and they said the exact same thing. So don't plan on getting good sleep. On talking to the staff they didn't seem to interested."

"Rooms were nice. Gave a 3 for service because you need a PhD to work the ice machine! Very strange machine. I'd prefer the old fashioned kind instead of a "hydration station"! No self-parking....all valet; $48 a night, but you get in-and-out. Breakfast was interesting. Don't expect bacon and eggs! They give you $25 to spend anyway you want (it's included in the room rate so spend it!)"

"Honestly, almost every AC hotel is a vibe. The brand delivers so much at such a reasonable price, and I dig the aesthetic - 80s modern?... This one is paired with an Element and has some really nice amenities that work well for doing some work in the common spaces while you also bob along to whatever tracks are playing. The pool is stunning, and the bar(s) are solid. Only complaints are that the walls are a little thin for what is normal from this brand and that the rooftop bar that’s advertised is only accessible by going to the 1st floor and riding a different elevator stack up. The staff are amazing and really friendly, with a certain gregariousness that sometimes feels is missing in hotels of this caliber. If the rates are good when you’re booking, stay here."
