Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami

"Walking distance to many attractions and just a short walk from the beach. This hotel was super convenient. We were there for a few days and it was pleasantly refreshing. We had a wonderful experience there from the very moment we arrived. Firstly, the overall presentation of this hotel is breathtaking. The check in and out process was seamless. The front desk staff provided excellent customer service throughout our entire stay. The valet service was prompt and efficient. Our room was grande with nice open balcony view out to the ocean, and luxuriously impressive. Our bed was supper comfy, nice fluffy pillows and cleaned bedding. We enjoyed the pool at the rooftop. It was well- maintained, and a remarkable view of the ocean and surrounding location. It provided the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Every encounter was attentive, polite, and professional executed. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Beautiful hotel. Service made unforced errors (it's 2024, referring to a woman you don't know as "Mrs." is offensive) and their restaurant engages in dishonest business practices. Tacking on an 18% service charge, not telling people, just giving a bill without enumeration of charges, and then asking for a gratuity on top of that is fundamentally dishonest and they know this."

"5 stars is not enough for the amazing team at the Hyatt Centric Brickell. Patricia basically planned all of our leadership dinners and excursions when it was clear that we may not have been on top of all of the details. In addition, everyone from Diva in sales, Danny in events, Ibrahim at the Front office, and Carmen from the meeting staff team was fantastic and a pleasure to work with! The meeting facilities are great. Food was top notch. But really, it's the people and team at the Hyatt Centric Brickell that completely exceeded expectations!!!"

"Liked the Hotel. Convenient location in Downtown. Rooms are simple, but we loved that they have the balcony and the rooftop pool area. Great staff. We had a very nice conversation with the young manager. He absolutely knows the art of hospitality!"

"This Hyatt property is located in the downtown Brickell district with access to a rooftop pool, gym and social rooms for guests. The hotel is very clean and tastefully updated. The restaurant is a Cuban themed scene with a Bar. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beds were super comfy. The staff were very pleasant, professional and accommodating. Kenny, at the World of Hyatt desk took great care of all of our needs. Prior to arriving I had a couple questions and I was able to ask through text message which was super convenient. I will absolutely be coming back on my next trip to Miami."
